Cal. 1980) (represented plaintiff State of Oregon in discovery phase of multi-district litigation antitrust case – subsequently settled a decade later following reversal of summary judgment for defendants in the Ninth Circuit)

Or. 3:05-cv-00465-KI) (represented defendant joint venture consisting of  Providence Health System and  radiology physician group in defense of antitrust claims for monopolization of diagnostic imaging brought by competing radiology clinics; claims dismissed with no liability for client) 

Horenstein, et al. v. Mortgage Market Inc., et al. (D. Or. CV 98-1104 AA) (represented defendant corporation and president in defense of FLSA overtime compensation class action; case successfully dismissed and no class certified based upon arbitration agreements, affirmed on appeal to Ninth Circuit)

Rentrak Corporation v. Kingston et al. (D. Or. CV 98-1004-HA) (represented defendant Hollywood Entertainment Corporation (Hollywood Video) in antitrust litigation; no liability for client)

Dunleavy v. Milwaukee Bucks, Inc., (D. Or. CV 97-1121-HA) (local counsel for defendant Milwaukee Bucks basketball organization in action initiated by Bucks= former coach Michael Dunleavy)

Monroe v. Hughes, 860 F. Supp. 733 (D. Or. 1991) aff'd, 31 F.3d 772 (9th Cir. 1994) (represented third party defendant participating underwriters in securities class action litigation; no liability for clients)

Gilbertson v. Leasing Consultants, Inc., et al., (D. Or.) (represented third party defendant general partner in securities litigation at trial level, settled; case later appealed by non-settling defendants sub nom. Lampf, Pleva, Lipkind, Prupis & Pettigrow v. Gilbertson, 501 U.S. 350 (1991))
